Due to the very nature of Maths, it would seem that subject is daunting to many students. Judging by the volume of websites that offer online maths help, the need for Learn A2Z is great and growing. We have the necessary skill and are passionate about numbers, shapes, equations and functions, there is nothing stopping your child to be imbued with maths competence.
We deliver the most up to date GCSE Maths curriculum designed specifically for fourteen to sixteen-year olds. We are happy to support and help older students in achieving their potential.

The initial parts of the course are the basics of mathematics and core maths skills, with multiplication and division, addition and subtraction, counting, fractions, and basic algebra specifications all having a part in the timetable. After developing a strong base in these topics, the GCSE Maths course will then transition towards more advanced concepts and topics (such as advance trigonometry, circle theorems and more complex quadratics).

Students may at any stage find they have not been able to absorb the method and if not assisted, will not be able to achieve the grade they deserve. With our support at LearnA2Z we can help to secure a successful outcome.

KS1-2

It is our aim to support your child in all aspects of Language and Literacy. Our programme of study aims to support the areas of the National Curriculum. These include: Talking and Listening, Reading and Writing. Our fully qualified teachers are able to deliver these with enthusiasm allowing the pupils to develop their skills and enhance their abilities.

Pupils are supported in comprehension and development of their vocabulary.

GCSE/IGCSE

We are able to deliver to all the examination boards. Once you have confirmed to us the examination board and syllabus we are able to support your child for the exam board of their school's choice.

We have extensive experience of teaching the sometimes reluctant teenager, which requires a very different approach and understanding. But always a rewarding and enjoyable journey!

11 Plus

We deliver the high standards that are required for these rigorous exams and have a wealth of successful experience preparing a wide range of students for local schools as well as schools further afield.

We offer Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning tuition while guidance and support is given for independent learning in Non-Verbal Reasoning.

The most practical method to ensure the success of a pupil is: practice, practice, practice, especially at completing answers under timed conditions. We use sample 11-plus examination papers reflecting the standards of the variety of schools in the London area.  Our excellent resources help to stimulate intellectual enquiry and extend a child’s enjoyment of learning.
